Do I need experience to get started?+
No. Our Education Center and Foundation mentorship package are built for traders at any level, including complete beginners. More advanced material is available as you progress.
Is the Education Center really free?+
Yes β€” all videos in our Education Center are free to access. Premium indicators and mentorship are separate paid offerings.
How do I stay updated on new content?+

What's the difference between the mentorship packages?+
Foundation is best for beginners needing structure and group coaching. Accelerator adds 1:1 sessions and a live trading room. Private Mentorship is fully personalised weekly coaching for serious, funded-account traders. See the Mentorship page for full details.
Can I cancel my mentorship anytime?+
Yes, all mentorship packages are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Do you guarantee I'll become profitable?+
No mentorship program can guarantee trading results. We provide structure, coaching, and accountability β€” your results depend on your own execution, discipline, and risk management. Full details are in our Legal page.
How much one-on-one time do I get?+
This depends on your package β€” Foundation includes group calls only, Accelerator includes bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, and Private Mentorship includes weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions.

Which platform do your indicators work on?+
All ThunderBolt indicators are built for TradingView. You'll need a TradingView account (free or paid) to add them to your charts.
What's the difference between Free, Premium, and Elite access?+
Free indicators are open to anyone with a TradingView account. Premium and Elite indicators include more advanced features and are restricted to mentorship students or separate purchase β€” check each indicator's page for details.
Do indicators give buy/sell signals automatically?+
Our indicators highlight structure, levels, and potential areas of interest based on defined logic β€” they are analytical tools, not automated signal generators, and should be used alongside your own analysis.
How often are indicators updated?+
We continuously refine our indicators based on community feedback and evolving market behaviour. Update dates are listed on each indicator's page.

Do you recommend specific prop firms?+
We partner with select prop firms we've personally vetted. Any discount codes or links shared are for firms we believe offer fair terms β€” but you should always review each firm's own rules and terms independently before signing up.
Can mentorship help me pass a funded challenge?+
Many students use ThunderBolt mentorship to prepare for prop firm evaluations. While we can't guarantee a pass, our Elite package includes a dedicated prop firm payout strategy session.
Are prop firm partnerships sponsored?+
Some of our prop firm links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. This never affects which firms we choose to recommend.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Specific payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund on an indicator purchase?+
Due to the instant-access nature of digital indicators, sales are generally final. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case β€” see our full Refund Policy on the Legal page.
What's your mentorship refund policy?+
If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a new mentorship package and haven't attended more than one session, you can request a full refund. Full terms are on our Legal page.
Will I be charged automatically every month?+
Yes, mentorship packages renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.
